In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us within 7 days of delivery at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address each query on a case-by-case basis and will endeavour to work towards a satisfactory solution for you. Please note that we do not refund if you change your mind. If you have ordered the wrong size, we will credit you the cost of the item you have returned (excluding shipping) and offset that against the correct size. All shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
